Close your eyes and imagine Barbie and Ken’s wedding and that’s exactly what Keila and Brian’s looked like. They are SUCH a cute and handsome couple and thepinkoranges was lucky enough to witness them tying the knot up in Dallas, Texas. The wedding totally matched the couple’s laid back and country style. The ceremony was sweet and the reception was a honkin’ tonkin’ good time with BBQ and can beer to boot! Pictures below!
What a beautiful wedding at the Houstonian Manor House. The weather could not have been more perfect. This was a truly international wedding with guests hailing from all over the world. The ceremony was small and intimate, officiated by close friends, complete with handwritten vows from both Michelle and Hubert. At the reception, each bridesmaid and groomsman delivered a toast that brought both hysterical laughter and tears to the guests’ eyes (there may have been something in my eye at the time as well). Just about all the guests joined in on the dancing afterwards; there was much to celebrate, after all!
Usually, my partner-in-photocrime Jen is by my side as we capture the wonderful moments of the bride and groom’s special day. On this day, Jen was called upon for bridesmaid duties, so I had the opportunity to work alongside the amazing Thomas Chen.

We always have the pleasure of working alongside other hard-working professionals, and this day was no exception!
Thomas Chen Photography was so much fun! tangerinepaperspace made GORGEOUS ceremony programs, table number tents, and chopstick favor wrappers! (see our pics on their Facebook page!) Mark Moore strummed beautiful melodies, including my fave Ottmar Liebert song!
Kylie, wedding coordinator for The Manor House @ the Houstonian, was so professional! DJ Kryptonite & DJ KidStylez made the reception extra bumpin’!
Howard Chen, thinkpinkcreative videographer, was as unobtrusive as humanly possible carrying that humongo camera!
I love listening to stories of how people met and fell in love. David answered, “I pushed her. I caught her attention. It worked, didn’t it?” with a mischievous smile. It sure did; congratulations, you two!

Vian and Steve tied the knot amongst their closest friends in San Antonio. I just love how Vian knows how to work the camera! We had a blast with this warm and energetic group of wedding guests. Congratulations, you two!
